DEGENERAL - 'After The World' CDR (Zhelezobeton) Official debut release of this Siberian act. This album sounds like the soundtrack to a mental trip, through the lifeless spaces of the world. Opening with laid back and meditative droning tracks, the sound gradually condenses and is saturated with sinister atmospheres of desolated factories. Abstract cosmic visions give way to skilfully combined avalanche-like noise waves and looped melodic lines. Packed into hand-made sleeve with information notes. Ltd x 223 hand-numbered copies. Russian import. |

A recommended release for fans of dark, ritual ambient with a rhythmic touch - like a slightly more upbeat MZ.412. Artwork reminiscent of Laibach / Death In June. A very nice, recommended release.
